Before you may use the site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in and linked to this Terms & Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy. This becomes effective upon your acceptance. In case of any conflict with another document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all purposes related to the use of the site. If you do not agree, you cannot make purchases on the site.

Use of Site
Maharani’s Box grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the site and the services. This license does not include:

Uploading/posting content you do not have rights to

Data mining or automated data extraction

Any unreasonable load on our infrastructure

You may not bypass any access restrictions enforced by Maharani’s Box.

The service is not available to minors under 18 or users previously suspended. You may not maintain more than one active account or transfer it to another party.

By using the site, you confirm you are of legal age, and all information you provide is true and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

Pricing Information
We strive to offer competitive prices. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the case of typographical or pricing errors, Maharani’s Box may cancel or update the order accordingly. Payments are processed before dispatch, and in the case of cancellation post-payment, store credit will be issued.

Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouses within 7 business days. Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays). Products must be signed for upon delivery. In the event of tampered packaging or incorrect orders, refuse delivery and contact support@maharanisbox.in.

Delivery Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, Maharani’s Box reserves the right to cancel the order and issue store credit.

Cancellations by Maharani’s Box
We may cancel orders at our sole discretion due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been made, store credit will be issued.

Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation requests will be honored only if the order hasn’t been processed. Once processed, cancellation is not possible.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
Maharani’s Box reserves the right to recover damages and take legal action in cases of fraudulent site usage.

Payment Details
By providing payment details, you confirm that the account is lawfully owned by you. Maharani’s Box is not responsible for card/internet banking fraud. All legal responsibility lies with the user.

Disclaimer
Use of the website is at your own risk. Maharani’s Box is not liable for damages, virus exposure, or loss due to site usage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In the event of force majeure, we are not liable for any delays.

Disclaimer of Warranty
All products and services are provided “as is,” without warranty. Maharani’s Box is not liable for any loss from reliance on site information.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the site. This includes lost profits or data.

Refunds Policy
No cash refunds shall be given. Store credit will be issued in cases such as:

Return of defective or incorrect products

Non-processing of orders due to technical errors

Store credit (excluding taxes and shipping) can be used for future purchases.

Returns Policy
To return items that are defective, incorrect, or wrongly sized, contact support@maharanisbox.in. Items must be unused, with tags, and in saleable condition. Return costs are not refunded. Company decision on replacement is final.

Exchange at Store
Returns/exchanges are accepted at Maharani’s Box offline stores within 20 days from the date on invoice, with original tags and receipt. No cash refunds. Store credit will be issued at the paid value.

Web Money / In-Store Credit
Credit provided to your Maharani’s Box account is valid only for purchases on our website. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It must be used within 1 year of issuance.
